摘要
从培养化工人才工程观念的原因出发,提出了树立工程观念的措施,再进一步结合多年从事化工原理教学的经验,阐述了如何在化工原理教学过程中培养化工人才的工程素质。
Based on the causes on how to cultivate the engineering concept of chemical engineering talents and the author＇s experience in teaching, the paper puts forward some methods on how to form the concept; then expounds the methods on how to train the engineering ability of chemical engineering talents in the process of teaching the course （ Chemical Engineering Theory）.
