摘要
介绍了基于CAN总线改过的机车数据采集系统。采用内嵌CAN控制器的微处理器(P87C591)来改进传统模拟仪表,使它们成为具有相互通讯能力的智能仪表(节点),通过CAN总线和上位机通讯,对各仪表测量数据采集、存储、分析和管理来监测机车运行状况,保证机车的正常运行。具有记录面广、存储容量大、数据处理灵活等优点,有广泛的应用前景。
This paper introduces an improved acquisition system of the motorcycle data based on the CAN bus. The system uses a microprocessor( P87C591 ) with a CAN controller inside to improve the tradition simulation gauges, making them become the intelligence gauge (node) that have mutually communication ability. With the CAN bus with the place of honor machine communication, the system collects diagraph data of each gauge and saves them, analyze them, manage them to monitor the movement condition of the motorcycle in order to guarantee the normal movement of the motocycle. It has the advantages such as wide record, great save capacity, vivid data handling etc.. The system has a wide foreground.
