摘要
维修保障能力评估工作是航空装备全系统全寿命管理的一项重要内容。科学精确的维修保障能力评估方法是实现航空装备精确化保障的基础,对促进航空装备的信息化建设具有重要的意义。首先建立了航空装备维修保障能力评估指标体系,确定了关键要素指标,然后建立了基于RBF神经网络的航空装备维修保障能力评估模型,仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。
Maintenance support ability evaluation work is an important content for aeronautical equipment whole - system and whole -life management. The scientific and precise evaluation method of maintenance support ability is the base to achieve the precise support for aeronautical equipments, and it is very important for aeronautical equipments to promote its information. Firstly, the evaluation guideline system of aeronautical equipment maintenance support ability is established. Then the key factor guidelines are made sure. Finally, an evaluation model of aeronautical equipment maintenance support ability based on RBF neural network is established. The simulation results shown that the method is valid.
