In the global market, kernel of a supply chain is collaborative management. With supports of Web services in describing, binding and publishing, access to business activities and convenience of information services will be offered to all the enterprises competing and cooperating in the supply chains. Otherwise the procedure in an enterprise can be defined by workflow techniques, the XML message can be delivered via SOAP, and the specified workflow tasks can be fulfilled with software Agents, so an agile and flexible architecture of supply chain will be formed for an enterprise to carry out a more efficient business strategy, reduce cost and create a new market.
