金银花和叶中黄酮类化合物提取工艺条件的探讨

Study on Extracting Conditions for Flavonoids in the Honeysuckle and Its Leaves

采用L9(34)正交实验探讨了从金银花及金银花叶中提取黄酮类化合物的影响因素,获得最佳提取工艺参数.

The L9（34） design were adopted to study the conditions of extracting flavonoids from Honeysuckle and its leaves. The results showed that the optimum extraction rate was achieved, to be extracted with 70 % alcohol for 3 time , one hour for each times, and the pH of alcohol aqua is 2, and the temperature of refluxing is 70℃.
