摘要 运动刺激可诱导脑源性神经营养因子(brain-drived neurotroph ic factor BDNF)的基因表达上调,合成分泌增多;可促进脑损伤后的恢复、提高抑郁症的治疗效果、预防老年痴呆和增强记忆;对脑的健康有良好影响. Exercises stimulation can cause brain- drived neurotrophic factor (BDNF)'s mRNA expression to raise, and secrete to increase; Exercises stimulation can accelerate the recovery of brain injury,enhance the therapeutic effect of depression,prevent the old dementia and strengthen people's facucty of memory. In addition, It can positively affect the health of the brain.
