多糖升白细胞作用的研究进展

The study survey on the effect of Polysacchrides in promoting leucocyte growth

目的了解多糖升白细胞作用的研究概况。方法大量查阅近年来国内、外的有关资料,分析和概括多糖对白细胞的影响及其作用机制。结果多糖能对抗环磷酰胺或辐射引起的外周血白细胞减少,其机制是多糖促进造血干/祖细胞DNA损伤修复、刺激造血生长因子的产生和分泌。结论多糖具有升白细胞作用,其研究已达分子水平。

In order to know the study survey on the effect of Polysacchrides in promoting leucoyte growth, domestic and overseas data were consulted and analysed. The results showed that Polysacchrides can promote the leucoyte developing which was restrained by Radiation or Cyclophosphamide, the mechanism may be that Polysacchrides can repair DNA damage in hematopoietic cell, and can boost the producing and excreting of hematopoietic factors. It is suggested that Polysacchrides can promoting leucoyte growth ,and the study level have attained the field of molecule.
