D类细胞周期蛋白是细胞周期G1期的主要调控因子,其表达异常与膀胱肿瘤的发生发展有重要关系,对判断肿瘤的生物学特性、预后及指导临床治疗有重要意义,对D类细胞周期蛋白的靶向调节有望为膀胱肿瘤的防治开辟新途径。

D cyclin is one of the main regulatory factors in the G1 stage of cell cycle. Abnormal expression of D cyclin is greatly associated with the development of bladder carcinoma and may be helpful in diagnosis of bionomics, prognosis and clinical treatment of the carcinoma, Hence target regulation of D cyclin may provide one new way for prevention and cure of bladder carcinoma.
