摘要
提出了面向复杂机械产品混合装配线的多Agent防错系统的模型,进行了相应的适应混合流水装配线的软硬件系统结构的研究。采用RS485总线控制系统的硬件配置,建立了工作站节点、数据采集、数据集成接口、智能决策等多Agent软件模块,形成了可适应装配产品变换的具有一定柔性、可扩展配置的防错系统。
Bring forward the model of multi-agent mistake-proofing system for mixed products assembly line used to assemble complex mechanical products. Have done relevant research on mixed products assembly line for complex products. Adopt RS485 Bus hardware device to control the system , and set up three software modules ：workstation node agent, data collection agent, and intelligent decision-making agent. Establish a mistake-proofing system ,which could be adapt for different types of product, has some degree of flexibility, and is expendable.
