电力特种光缆（OPGW／ADSS）是现代电力通信系统的重要组成部分，其承载着电力通信、继电保护、电力自动化、电力调度和线路输电等直接关系到电网安全生产运行的信息。目前我国电力特种光缆应用取得了长足进步，但电力行业尚未制定统一的运行管理和维护规程。本文探讨了电力特种光缆的运行管理组织和模式，明确了通信人员、继电保护人员和线路人员光缆管理维护的界面，还探讨了电力特种光缆的运行维护组纵、职责、基本要求，并重点探讨日常运行维护和缺陷运行维护的具体内容，对电力特种光缆的安全运行具有重要的意义。

Electric optic fiber cable （OPGW/ADSS） is becoming an inseparable important part of telecommunication for modern electric power system, it has mainly supported telecommunication, relay protection, automatization, attemper and transmission information which have a direct relationship on safe operation of power network. The electric optic fiber cable has received extensive application, but the electric industry don＇t map out the detailed and uniform operation management and maintenance protocol. The paper discusses the management organizational structures and models, fixes on the maintenance interface on cable of telecommunication persons, relay protection persons and transmission persons. The paper also discusses the maintenance organizational structures and responsibility and basic requirement, and emphasisly discusses the concrete content of daily maintenance and disfigurement maintenance.
