摘要
利用有限单元法计算了气化炉水冷壁中渣钉的温度和水冷壁的温度分布,并分析了水侧对流换热系数、炉内温度、渣钉的导热系数、渣钉的长度、管间距和鳍片厚度对渣钉温度和水冷壁温度的影响,为气化炉水冷壁设计提供了依据。
The finite element method(FEM)is used to calculate the temperature distribution of slag nail and water wall and analyses the influence of the heat transfer coefficient of water wall, the temperature of gasifier, the thermal conductivity of slag nail, the length of slag nail, the pipe interval and the thickness of fin on the temperature of slag nail and water wall. It is used to design water wall of gasifier.
