摘要
针对自助服务系统的特点,阐述了基于J2EE的三层B/S电信自助服务系统的构建方法,介绍了系统的应用背景,总结了结构、功能、软件的设计与实现等。该系统将时尚的自助服务方式与成熟的J2EE技术有机地集成一体,可为电信及其他相关行业提供自助缴费、咨询、业务办理、广告等传统业务与增值业务服务。
Based on the characteristics of self-service system, a creating method of the 3-tier B/S telecom serf-service system is discussed, and the background, overall structure, function, design and implementation of system software is presented in this paper. Modem self-service modes and mature J2EE technology areintegrated in the system in order to provide self-charging, consultation, business-transaction and advertisement services for teleeom and other interrelated industries.
