摘要 目的观察神经生长因子对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的疗效。方法对照组患儿39例及治疗组患儿47例给予支持治疗及对症治疗,同时治疗组患儿应用神经生长因子肌注10d。结果对照组总有效率74.4%,治疗组总有效率93.6%;治疗组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经生长因子治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病有明显疗效。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nerve growth factor on the management of hypoxic ischemie encephalopathy (HIE), Methods Total eighty-six children whh HIE were enrolled in the study and randomized into control (39 ceses) and treatment (47 cese) groups. The patients in the two groups received routine supporting therapy. In addition, those in the treat ment group received muscular injection of NGF for 10d. Results The efficacy in treatment group was 93.6%, which was obviously higher than that in control group (74.4% ,P〈0.05). Conclusion Nerve growth factor is beneficial for the management of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.
