摘要 从循环经济的角度着重论述了软锰矿浆烟气脱硫工艺的最新研究进展,包括反应机理、宏观动力学、反应器、吸收尾液和尾渣的综合利用。通过技术分析得出,利用软锰矿烟气脱硫副产电解锰和高纯碳酸锰,回收硫酸铵及尾渣综合利用生产水泥辅料的创新工艺体系是一条既环保又经济的新途径,开辟了循环经济模式在烟气脱硫领域的应用途径。 In perspective of circular economy, this article emphatically studies the latest research achievement about the technology of flue gas desulfurization with pyrolusite pulp, including reaction mechanism, macro-kinetic, reactor and comprehensive utilization of tail solution and residue. Based on the results of technological analysis, the process which produces electrolytic manganese and high pure manganese carbonate as by-products, and recycled ammonium sulfate and residual pyrolusite to produce auxiliary materials of cement are considered as a method of both environmental and economical. And it opens up a new application scope of Circular Economy Mode in the field of gas desulfurization.
