摘要
本文简要介绍了北京市地下空间开发利用的背景、城市功能布局及规划特点、现状所面临的问题、地下空间规划的布局原则、策略及步骤,最后分析了几种具有代表性的地下空间开发利用模式,并提出了针对性的建议。
This article describes the background, urban functional layout and planning features, current conditions and problems, underground space planning principles, strategies and steps regarding the development and utilization of Beijing＇s underground space. It also analyzes several typical development and utilization models of underground space and provides specific proposals.
