双圆盾构近距离穿越构建筑物关键施工技术 被引量:5

摘要 文章以上海市轨道交通6号线源深体育中心站~世纪大道站隧道工程为背景,介绍了双圆盾构在净距为0.8m的近距离穿越共同沟、在净距为1m的条件下穿越五层民房建筑物推进施工。通过对盾构施工过程中若干关键施工技术的研究以及采取了有效的构建筑物结构保护措施,确保了双圆盾构成功穿越,为今后同类工程施工提供了有益的借鉴。 Taking the running metro tunnel section of Shanghai rail transit line 6 between stations of Yuanshen Sporting Center and Century Avenue as an example, the construction methods of DOT shield thrusting under several disadvantageous surrounding conditions are introduced. The difficulties encountered during construction include closely tunneling beneath a utility tunnel with depth of 0.8m;closely tunneling beneath a 5-storyed civil building at 1 m depth and the protection methods for the underground pipefines. Researches were made on several key technologies during the process of DOT construction, as well as effective protection measures on structure were taken to ensure the safety of the surface buildings and the underground pipelines. Results indicate that the measures are effective, and references can be provided for other similar projects.
