摘要
体外受精技术的道德价值已得到医学伦理的充分肯定,但是,如果从女性主义的视角来审视,可以发现体外受精技术的实施可能会使女性的合法权益受到实质上的侵犯,体外受精技术和保护女性合法权益之间存在着矛盾。作者试图对此进行剖析并提出可行性的建议以解决这一矛盾。
The moral value of IVF has received full identification by the medical -ethical field, but, we could find that IVF has been encroached into the rights and interests of female from the angle of feminism. So there is a contradiction between the IVF and Female rights and interests. This paper will try to analyze this contradiction and put forward the countermeasure.
