玉米核糖体失活蛋白对3种微生物生长抑制作用的研究 被引量:2

摘要 玉米核糖体失活蛋白(Ribosome Inactiviting Protein,RIP)是玉米胚乳中特异表达的一种RNA水解酶,大肠杆菌BL21中表达和纯化的重组蛋白z108和z178分子量大小为52.1KDa,经凝血酶酶切后,两种纯化的重组蛋白稀释1000倍与3种微生物共培养,结果表明,重组的玉米核糖体失活蛋白能够抑制芽孢杆菌的生长,不能抑制黑曲霉和青霉的生长。 Ribosome - inactivating protein from maize is a kind of RNA hytrolytic enzyme specially expressed in endosperm. The molecular weight of recombination proteins z108 and z178, purified from and expressed in E. coli strains BL21 ,is 52.1KDa. The recombination proteins, diluted 1000 times and digested by Thrombin, were cultured with 3 microbes. The experiment showed that the recombined RIPs could inhibit the growth of Bacillus subtilis and couldn't, however, inhibit the growth of Aspergillus niger and Penicillium chrysogenum.
