Document Summary about the Research of Population Ecology Theory

企业界存在着非常类似自然界生物群落变化的生态系统的机理,种群生态理论应用到组织领域的研究主要集中在探讨组织与环境之间的关系、组织种群内或种群间的相互关系的研究等两方面。文章对种群生态理论的理论演变发展、基本观点以及实证研究进展等方面的问题进行了归纳总结。

The mechanism exists in the enterprise field is the same as which exists in the mutative ecosystem ecology of biology community. The resesrch of the population ecology theory applies to the organization filed mainly concentrates on the discussion of two sides： the relation between organization and environment, and the relation between organization clusters or inside. This paper sunxs up and summarizes the evolution and development of population ecology theory, basic standpoint and the progress of the empirical research.
