摘要
为更充分地发挥人力资本在社会组织中的作用和效能,我们从投资与收益的角度,对人力资本的形成、增长、衰减和消亡等生命周期的规律和特征进行了探讨,并就人力资本生命周期的不同阶段,如何制定和实施低投入高产出的管理策略,展开了进一步的研究。
In order to make full use of human capital in social organizations, we discus,; the features and principles of the life cycle of human capital such as development, improvement, decline and exit from the aspect of investment and profit, and we research on how to make and enforce the management strategy with low input and high output in the different part of the life cycle of human capital.
