摘要
非正规就业具有短暂性、临时性和灵活的特性,使其适应经济结构的调整同时也形成了自身的运行机制,也决定非正规就业的保障具有自身的特性:整体缺乏劳动保障;从业对象抗风险性差;应得保障权利得不到保护。迫切需要根据非正规就业的特性对其劳动保障采取现实措施。
Irformal employment has property of impermanency, prnvisional and flexible, which adapts to economy structural and form serf-function mechanism. It decides security of informal employment have special trait, the employer attack risk worse and ought to gain security rights cannot protect. Based in its property, it cries for taking realistic measure to labor security.
