摘要 植物根围(rhizosphere)存在着一类有益的自生细菌,它们通过各种间接或直接的方式抑制植物病原物繁殖并促进植物生长。近年来,对植物根围促生菌(PGPR)的生理效应、作用机制、制剂产品和应用进行了多方面的研究。PGPR制剂的广泛应用对农业生产的发展与环境保护具有重大的经济和生态价值。目前,新型PGPR制剂的研制、开发和应用是微生物制剂的一个热点方向。 Various free-living bacteria which are beneficial to plant growth are found in the rhizosphere. These soil bacteria can directly or indirectly suppress phytopathogens and facilitate the growth of plants by different mechanisms. In recent years, a number of researches have been carried out to evaluate the possibility of increasing crop yields with plant growth promoting rhizobacteria(PGPR)either in commercial green houses or fields for the application purpose, The results showed clearly that these PGPR applied in agricultural production are of significantly economical importance. The exploitation and application of new PGPR agents is one of focus in biocontrol investigation.
