摘要
研究微生态制剂对蛋鸡的作用效果,为开发利用微生态制剂提供科学依据。将微生态制剂加入海兰白蛋鸡饲料中,通过记录鸡的采食量、产蛋量、蛋重、计算产蛋率、检测鸡血清中ND血凝抑制效价、统计肠道发病率、死亡率等探讨微生态制剂对蛋鸡生产性能和免疫功能的影响。结果表明:试验组的料蛋比比对照组降低了9.52%,差异极显著(P<0.01);产蛋率比对照组提高了5.35%,差异显著(P<0.05);平均蛋重提高了2.95%;350日龄及380日龄时试验组血清中新城疫血凝抑制抗体效价均高于对照组,分别高出对照组25.81%和25.42%;试验组的肠道病发病数、肠道发病率、死亡数和死淘率与对照组相比大大降低,肠道发病率和死淘率分别比对照组降低了66.67%和68.18%,差异显著(P<0.05)。
In this study , microecological agent were added to hy-ling white layer' s feed, to apporch the effects of which to layer's productive and immune property by recording intakes , the number of eggs, the weight of eggs, the breakage of eggs, detecting antibody titer of ND with β-micromethod of HI and with indirect HA, detecting the complexion of health, disease and death. The result indicated that: The feed-egg rate was obviously draped by 9.52% than control group( P 〈 0.01), the egg-laying rate of the experiment group increased obviously by 5.35% than control group(P 〈 0.05), the weight per egg increased by 2.95 % ; At 350 and 380 days, The antibody titer of the experiment group.were all hyper than the control group, tower above 25.81% and 25.42%; the incidence of intestinal disease and cast-for-death rate was respectively droped by 66.67 % and 68.1% ( ( P 〈 0.05).
