冠状动脉狭窄的16层螺旋CT诊断价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价16层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像(multislicespiralCTcoronaryangiography,MSCTCA)对冠状动脉狭窄的诊断价值。方法:对46例患者行心电门控16层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影,与选择性冠状动脉造影(selectivecoro-naryangiography,SCA)对照,评价MSCTCA诊断冠状动脉50%以上狭窄的准确性。结果:46例MSCTCA图像与相应SCA比较,MSCTCA诊断冠状动脉50%以上狭窄的敏感度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为82.22%、95.68%、92.39%、86.05%和94.33%。结论:16层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影是一种无创、简便、安全的冠状动脉成像方法,对冠状动脉狭窄50%以上的患者有较高的诊断价值。 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of 16-slices spiral CT coronary angiography in the detection of coronary artery stenosis. Methods 46 patients were detected with ECG-gated MSCT. And all patients were also investigated with SCA. Results of the determination of ≥50% stenoses of the vessel diameter with MSCT were compared to findings of SCA. Results The sensitivity, specificity,accuracy,positive and negative prediction value of MSCTCA were 82.22% ,95.68% ,92.39% ,86. 05% and 94.33%, respectively. Conclusion 16-slice spiral CT coronary angiography is a noninvasive, simple and safe method. 16-slice spiral CT coronary angiography has a good clinical value in the diagnosing of ≥50% stenoses of the vessel diameter.
