定标方式对C-反应蛋白测定结果的影响

The Effect on the Determining Result of C-reactive Protein (CRP) in the Serum by Different Ways of Calibration

目的:比较不同定标方式对血清C-反应蛋白测定的影响。方法:分别采取六点和两点定标方式,用免疫透射比浊法检测6组不同浓度C-反应蛋白标准血清各30次。结果:两点定标6组测定结果分别为:(0.08±0.09)mg/dl,(0.81±0.11)mg/dl,(3.92±0.13)mg/dl,(7.50±0.12)mg/dl,(12.70±0.12)mg/dl,(27.69±0.03)mg/dl;六点定标的结果为:(0.02±0.12)mg/dl,(0.89±0.13)mg/dl,(3.88±0.11)mg/dl,(7.47±0.12)mg/dl,(12.18±0.13)mg/dl,(25.00±0.20)mg/dl。结论:两种定标方式对血清中C-反应蛋白的免疫透射比浊法的测定结果有显著性的影响。

Objective To compare the effect on the determining CRP in the serum by using different ways of setting calibration. Methods Use immunity transmission turbidity method and adopt 2-point and 6-point calibration to determine 6 groups standard density serum for 30 times. Results 2-point-calibration result ： （ - 0.08 ± 0.09 ） mg/dl, （0.81 ± 0.11 ） mg/dl, （ 3.92 ± 0.13 ） mg/dl, （7.50 ± 0.12 ） mg/dl, （ 12.70 ± 0.12 ） mg/dl, （ 27.69 ± 0.03 ） mg/dl ; 6-point-calibration result ： （0.02 ± 0. 12） mg/dl, （0.89 ± 0.13 ） mg/dl, （ 3.88 ± 0.11 ） mg/dl, （7.47 ± 0.12 ） mg/dl, （ 12.18 ± 0.13 ） mg/dl, （ 25. 00 ± 0.20 ） mg/ dl. Conclusion There is a significance difference by two ways of setting calibration to determine CRP in the serum.
