2004年底从海南、广州、珠海等椰心叶甲发生严重地采集林间被绿僵菌感染的椰心叶甲僵虫,经分离获得17株金龟子绿僵菌(Metarhizium ansopliae)(下称绿僵菌)。文章以这些菌株为材料,以生长速度和产孢量为指标,研究不同温度(26,35℃)下菌株生长速度及产孢量的差异,筛选适合不同温度的优良菌株。结果表明,菌株间的生长速度和产孢量差异均达极显著水平。L05、L07、L09菌株生长速度较其它菌株快,其中,L05菌株偏高温,L07菌株偏低温,L09菌株则能兼顾二温度;26℃下,L01,L02、L08、L09菌株产孢量最高,而35℃下,L05和L09菌株产孢量最高。筛选出L09菌株作为防治椰心叶甲的林间供试菌株,L09菌株具有较高的产孢量和生长速度,能适应南方不同季节的中、高温度并适合大规模生产,有望成为防治椰心叶甲的优良菌株。
The growth rate and sporulation of 17 Metarhizium strains collected from Nanhai, Guangdong and Zhuhai, parasited on Brontispa longissima, were studied in the present paper to select the best strain in different temperatures. The results showed that an extremely significant difference existed the growth rate and sporulation between strains. Strain L05, L07 and L09 grew quickly 3 ~ 5 days after inoculation, and L05 was high-temperature type, L07 low-temperature type and L09 in both ; Strain L01, L02, L08, L09 sporulated highly at 26℃ and strain L05, L09 sporaluted highly at 35℃. Comparatively, strain L09 was the best one in the 2 testing temperatures, and it was a promising strain for the bioprotection of Brontispa longissima for its adaptation to different temperatures of different seasons in South China.
