阔叶树叶面积测量方法的比较和评价 被引量:11

摘要 采用方格纸法、纸样称重法、直接测定法(用LiCor 6400叶面积测定仪直接测定)及扫描测定法(用W inFolia软件扫描图像进行测定),分别测定木荷和白兰的叶面积,并用统计方法对结果进行了分析。结果表明:采用这四种方法的测定结果差异不显著。但综合耗时长短、信息量、先进性等因素进行比较,得出扫描法为最优测定方法的结论,这对于确立一种科学合理和高效的阔叶树叶面积测定方法有重要的意义。 Leaf area of Schima superba and Michelia alba were determined using four different methods, i. e. , grid counting, paper weight, direct measurement (using LiCor 6400 Leaf Area Meter) and scanning measurement (using a scanner and Winfolia Software to scan and analyze the image). Measurement data collected using these methods were analyzed using statistical analysis programs. The result showed that the difference of the ibur methods was not significant. But considering the time consumed for the measurement, parameters measured and the state-of-the-art, it can be concluded that scanning measurement is the best method in all. This study has important implications for providing a scientific, reasonable and efficient leaf area measurement.
