急诊护士工作压力源及身体健康状况调查分析

Investigation on emergency nurses' working stressors and physical conditions

目的了解急诊护士与病房护士工作中的主要压力源和心理压力及身体健康状况,减少压力以便提高工作质量及身心健康水平。方法采用问卷调查法对87名急诊护士、83名病房护士进行工作压力源、心理压力和身体健康状况调查。结果在工作压力源中的病人护理方面存在差异(P<0.05);心理方面和身体方面均比病房护士差。结论建议管理者减少或消除护士压力源,并对护士进行业务培训和心理压力训练以减轻工作压力。

Objective To understand the main stressors and psychological stress and physical conditions of nurses in emergency room and nurses in ward in order to alleviate the stress and improve the working quality and physical and psychological healthy condition. Methods 87 nurses in emergency room and 83 nurses in wards were investigated by questionnaires on their working stressors and psychological stress and physical conditions. Results There was significant difference in patients＇ nursing aspect between nurses in emergency room and nurses in ward （P 〉0.05）. The psychological and physical conditions of emergency nurses were worse than that of nurses in ward. Conclusions It is suggested that managers should reduce or eliminate nurses＇ stressor, and organize professional training as well as psychological training to alleviate their working stress.
