摘要
目的:对药物动力学总室线性乳突数学模型及参数进行分析进行研究。方法:运用隔室理论及动力学方法建立药物动力学数学模型,用拉氏变换法求解,研究总室与单独隔室(中央室)的数学模型的关系,并对总室模型中各参数的求算进行分析。结果:药物总室与各隔室(中央室)一样遵循一级线性乳突模型,cT为e的幂指数多项式形式,总室与各室e的指数都相等,总室e前面的系数为各室前面系数之和。各参数(转运常数)由其与iα的关系方程组算得。结论:总室与单独室(中央室)一样可求得各动力学参数。
Objective. To establish a new kinetic model as a whole compartment of pharmacokinetics. Methods: The model has been set up by way of compartment and kinetic theories, and the solutions have obtained by laplace transform. The relations between the center and a whole compartment have been comparatively dealt with completely. Results: The whole compartment pharmacokinetic carry out the linear mammary model with one-order kinetics in accordance with the signal or center compartments, being as similar as the expressions and exponents ,difference of coefficients before exponents, of which the whole compartment model summed up the signal (center). The kinetics parameters of which has been calculated out according to the expressions groups consisting of ai and the parameters. Conclusion: The kinetic model as a whole compartment of pharmacokinetic has been in accordance with linear mammary, with one-order kinetics. The parameters have obtained by the whole compartment model as same as by the center compartment.
