对当前医院信息化过程中所遇到的困惑发表见解:要科学地深入信息化,必须了解分析并评价H IS系统的状况;加强基础工作规范化;消除信息系统隐患;正确处理初建H IS与其他系统的关系;强化组织机构建设。信息化深入发展是以科学管理为基础的,并非单纯规模化、项目化。

The article relate to my opinion that many hospitals have been confronting, with perplexity and difficulty when they are driving information modernization of hospital currently： If you would be scientifically thorough information modernization you must understand and evaluate condition of HIS;Strenthen basiea work standardization; Clear up information system hidden trouble ; Rightly transact relation between establish HIS at first and other systems ; Intensify organization construct . Scientific management model is massive basementt that information modernization of hospital, scientific information modernization must depend on scientific management ,not eyeless scale and item.
