福州市新一轮近期建设规划思考

Thinking About——The New Round Immediate Plan of Fuzhou

本文结合福州市新一轮近期建设规划,提出选准近期重点发展区域、加强非建设用地管制、优化城市交通网络、完善旧屋区改造政策等思路。

The new round immediate plan of Fuzhou is analyzed in this paper. It is suggested that the key development area should be selected correctly; the non - land used for construction should be managed strongly; the urban traffic network should be optimized; the policy for urban redevelopment should be perfected etc.
