NaCl和Na_2CO_3胁迫对枸杞愈伤组织生理效应的影响 被引量:7

摘要 以枸杞愈伤组织为材料,研究了NaCl和Na2CO3胁迫下对枸杞愈伤组织生长量、放氧速率(O2-.),丙二醛(MDA)含量,过氧化物酶(POD)活性,过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,脯氨酸含量和可溶性蛋白含量的影响及比较。结果表明:NaCl胁迫下O2-.、MDA含量、POD活性、SOD活性、脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白含量都增加;Na2CO3胁迫下O2-.、MDA含量、POD活性、脯氨酸含量增加,但SOD活性和可溶性蛋白含量呈下降趋势。说明枸杞愈伤组织抗碱性远小于抗盐性。 In this study, the effects on growth , the activity of oxygen (O2^- ), themalondialdehyde content (MDA), the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), the activity of peroxide (POD), praline content and soluble protein content of Lycium barbarum L. callus were examined under NaCl and Na2CO3 stress. The results showed that the O2^- . production rate, MDA content, POD activity, SOD activity, praline content and soluble protein content increased under NaCl stress. Meanwhile, the O2^- production rate, MDA content, POD activity and praline content under Na2 CO3 stress was higher, but the SOD activity and soluble protein content decreased. It indicated that the ability of Lyciurn barbarum L. callus to the salt-tolerance was higher than that of the alkali-stress.
