蓖麻籽水提物对黄瓜褐斑病菌的生物活性研究

Toxicity Measurement of Water Extraction of Castor Bean to Cucumber Spot Disease

采用水提法提取蓖麻籽中的成分,采用生长速率法测定了蓖麻籽水提物对黄瓜褐斑病菌的生物活性。测定结果为24 h4、8 h和96 h的EC50分别为4.0、5.4和7.9 mg/mL。该结果表明,蓖麻水提物对黄瓜褐斑病菌有明显的抑制活性,同时随着时间的推移,抑菌活性逐渐减小。

In this paper, the matter in castor bean was extracted by water . Toxicity measurement of water extraction of castor bean to cucumber spot disease was studied by plate growth rate method . The EC50 is 4.0,5.4 and 7.9 mg/mL at 24 h,48 h and 96 h. The results showed that the effective coneentrations and the activity of controlling epiphyte was weakened little by little.
