黄瓜花叶病毒诱导辣椒抗病性的生化变化研究 被引量:5

摘要 对不同抗性的辣椒品系接种CMV后,在植株发病后20 d,测定其叶片中的可溶性蛋白、可溶性总糖、游离脯氨酸、游离氨基酸、木质素和总酚的相对含量。结果表明:除感病品系的可溶性总糖含量降低外,其余各品系在感染CMV后其可溶性蛋白、游离脯氨酸、游离氨基酸、木质素和总酚都显著高于对照,且品系间差异显著。相关分析表明,除可溶性蛋白相对含量与抗病性无显著相关外,其余各指标均与抗病性呈显著正相关。因此,辣椒感染CMV后的可溶性总糖、游离脯氨酸、游离氨基酸、木质素和总酚含量可作为衡量辣椒抗病性的有效生理指标。 The leaves of hot pepper with different resistance were inoculated with cucumber mosaic virus, then the relative content in resolvable protein,dissociative proline, dissociative amino acid, soluble sugar, total lignins, and phenols were investigated in steady phase. The result showed that after the inoculation of CMV, the content of resolvable protein, dissociative proline, dissociative amino acid, total lignins, and phenols of all lines under test were higher than controlled lines excluding disease susceptible lines of soluble sugar decreased, and all lines showed significant differences. The correlation analysis indicated that the relative content of dissociative proline, dissociative amino acid, soluble sugar, total lignins, and phenols were correlated with resistant tolerance. The relative content of soluble protein was not correlated with resistant tolerance after inoculation. Therefore, after the hot pepper were inoculated with CMV, the content of dissociative proline, dissociative amino acid, soluble sugar, lignins, and total phenols reflected the differences of the tolerances, these results can be used for the screening of resistant-tolerant breeding materials.
