我国传统的人才培养模式重理论、轻实践,不利于大学生综合素质的提高。应改变培养模式,加强大学生技能培养。基于现代信息技术的大学生技能培养模式分四个步骤,其中教师现代化在培养大学生技能中有重要作用。

The traditional training mode of our country pays attention to theories, and makes light of practice,which is not suitable to improve the undergraduate＇ s quality. We should change the training mode, and enhance the undergraduate technical ability. Modem information technique provides the good environment for the cultivation of undergraduate technical ability. The author brings forward training mode of the undergraduate technical ability based on the modem information technique environment, and points out the important function of teacher in the course of training the undergraduate technical ability.
