创新高校军训模式研究

Study of the Mode of Student Military Training

探讨了普通高校学生军训的主要矛盾、特点和规律,提出了高校学生军训模式的新思路,构建了特色突出的一套学生军训的基本方法和指导性原则。为贯彻落实《兵役法》在军训大学生中选拔预备役军官,提高学生综合素质具有一定的意义,为社会主义现代化建设提供高素质的综合人才探索了一条新路。

By researching the main problems existing in college military training and its characteristics and rules, we have ＂the new idea about the training and put forward a series of measures and principles which are beneficial for improving students＇ quality. Thus, we can choose reservist in the training of college students and provide high-quality persons for our mordernizations.
