摘要
简述了在压铸过程中飞边产生的原因和相应的预防措施以及BP人工神经网络的基本原理,利用BP人工神经网络来预测压铸件的飞边的大小,再与模拟结果进行比较,从而达到优化压铸模具设计的目的。
Cause and prevention of the flash during die-casting process and basic principle of the back propagation artificial neural networks were briefly introduced. Back propagation artificial neural networks was used to forecast the size of the flash of die casting, then compare with the simulate results so as to optimize design of die casting.
