摘要
通过对防反插电联接器成型时断裂情况的分析,指出了引起产品断裂的原因,并根据分析结果对模具结构进行了优化设计。通过对模具注塑成型时进料方式的改变,成功地解决了影响产品质量的断裂问题,同时剖析了模具结构对绝缘件成型质量的影响。
Cause of crack was pointed out through analysis of crack during forming of linker against counter thrusting electricity. Moreover mold structure was optimized on the basis of analyzing the result. By changing way of injection during molding process, crack influencing product quality was successfully solved. At the same time, effect of mold structure towards insulation product forming quality was analyzed.
