摘要
介绍了ADE7758,ATT7026A及PL3223等三相高精度电能计量芯片的原理,比较了芯片的性能指标。ADE7758提供各分相参数,但不提供功率因数、相角及合相电能参数;ATT7026A提供各分相、合相参数,但不具有中断功能;PL3223提供若干间接参数,依此计算出电压有效值、电流有效值、线电压频率等参量。在具体工程应用中,根据各芯片不同的性能指标并结合实际需要对电能芯片进行合理选择。
ADE7758, ATT7026A and PL3223 are three kinds of poly phase multifunctional energy metering IC. In the first place,this paper gives an introduction of the three chips on theory of operation. After that,particular contrast is carried out on performance. Finally,a conclusion is summarized. ADE7758 supplies per phase information, but it doesn't supply power - factor,phasor or three- phase information; ATT7026A supplies the most per phase and three- phase information, but it doesn't offer the function of interrupt;PL3223 supplies several indirect parameters, which are used to calculate voltage rms, current rms,frequency of the line voltage and so on. The conclusion above can he used to select a right energy metering IC on the project.
