摘要
为了降低柴油机气缸盖罩的成本,使用板件替代原先的铸铝件。根据气缸盖罩的结构和使用要求,对其进行板件成形工艺分析与冲压模具结构设计,采用计算机仿真技术模拟其成形过程,并根据模拟计算结果,改变坯料尺寸及形状、压边力和凸凹模圆角半径等工艺参数,实现工艺方案与工艺参数的优化设计,重点介绍拉深成形模具的设计。
In order to reduce the cost of the diesel engine cylinder head cover, the panel substituted the original aluminum cast part. Forming process and die structure was analyzed based on the structure and requirement of the cylinder head cover. Numerical simulation was used to simulate forming process. Process parameter, such as dimensions, blank shape, blank-holder force and radius of the punch-die was modified to optimize process plan and the parameter according to numerical simulation result. Drawing die design was specifically illustrated in detail.
