摘要
为了满足钢铁行业中对于物料品种的测量和控制精度的要求,改进钢铁生产的质量控制、提高钢铁生产的效率和保障钢铁生产的安全性,炼钢上合金物料介质的测量和合金物料的下料过程控制逐步采用了超声波物位计及交流变频调速器。较之以前的阻尼式物位计或光电式物位计,超声波物位计具有寿命长、抗扰性能高、维护量低、测量精确度高等多种优点,尤其是在对粗糙的固体形状料面物质的检测方面,表现出众。以西门子超声波料位计作为系统检测方式,通过PLC数据采集控制系统的数学运算,采用了西门子变频器作为执行控制器,确保了合金物料的给定速度和精度。根据现场生产操作的要求,来实现加料系统的上料、下料、计量及物料精度的控制,以满足钢铁工业生产过程的可靠运行。
In order to control the quality, raise efficiency and guarantee safety of steel and iron producing, ultrasonic material meter and alternating current frequency changing speed regulator are gradually adopted to measure the media of alloy materials and control the process of feeding alloy materials in steel and iron producing. Compared with the damped material meter and the photoelectric material meter,the ultrasonic material meter has many advantages, such as a longer life - span, higher anti - disturbance capacity, lower maintenance and higher measurement accuracy. What's more,the ultrasonic material meter is especially outstanding in examining rough solid material. This paper introduces tbat by using the Siemens ultrasonic material meter as the system test mode,through PLC - controlled calculation, using Simens frequency changer as the execution controller, we can realize the material feeding and cutting ,measure and accuracy control of the material - feed system according to the on - the - spot production requirements,in order to meet the need of the reliable operation of the industrial producing process.
