HLA基因、CC10基因和结节病

摘要结节病是一种多器官系统受累的肉芽肿性疾病,常侵犯肺部、双肺门淋巴结。其病因目前尚不清楚,本文仅就有关结节病相关基因研究中的两个基因HLA基因、CC10基因和结节病的关系作一简要综述。
