肺泡蛋白沉积症的研究进展 被引量：25

摘要 肺泡蛋白沉积症(pulmonaryalveolarproteinosis,PAP)是一种发病率较低,起病隐匿,确诊困难的肺部疾病,呈特发性或继发于其它疾病。本文就其临床表现、诊断方法及近年来的病因、发病机制研究进展和治疗进展作一综述。
