浅谈中国农业影视资料多媒体数据库管理系统建设

应用现代信息技术建设“中国农业影视资料多媒体数据库管理系统”是提高我国农业电影电视资料管理水平的重要组成部分,也是提高运用影视手段为“三农”服务水平的重要举措,还是提高农业影视编辑效率、开展农业影视资料国内外交流的重要平台,同时也是保护和抢救珍贵的中国农业影视历史资料的唯一出路。本文对“中国农业影视资料多媒体数据库管理系统”的建设提出了探索性意见。

Based on information technology, the construchon of multimedia database for chinese agnculhral filma and TV document is an important part to improve the management level of film and TV in china and which will also serve for agrieultwre, eountryid and farmer better, improve editing efficiency, promote communication, and protect and save historical document. At last, some suggestions about the system clvelopment were discussed.
