摘要
主要运用数值模拟对柱塞体零件的成形工艺进行了研究,分析了三种不同的冷挤压工艺方案的模拟结果,指出了挤压工艺失败的原因,确定了正确的工艺方案。
the extrusion technology of cylinder part was studied through numerical simulation. 3 kinds of different analog results of technological program for extrusion were analyzed. The failure reason of extruding technology was pointed out and correct technology scheme was determined.
