摘要
纤维复合防砂是针对疏松砂岩油藏防细粉砂而提出的一项新技术,对于防细粉砂、气井防砂效果尤为显著。从纤维复合防砂机理入手,进行了特种纤维的耐酸、碱、高矿化度水及其耐高温试验,同时针对孤岛油田进行了纤维复合体的性能评价,并进行了矿场试验,以期为疏松砂岩油藏的防细粉砂难题提供技术支持。纤维复合防砂技术是采用两种可分别起“稳砂”和“挡砂”作用的特种纤维,一种稳砂,将细粉砂变成较大的细粉砂结合体;另一种挡砂,挡住细粉砂结合体进入井筒。纤维的加入大大提高了树脂涂覆砂的强度,延长了防砂有效期。
Fiber-resin coated sand control is a new technique for fine silt control in unconsolidated sandstone reservoir, and its effects are excellent in the field of fine silt control and sand control in gas wells. According to mechanism of fiber-resin coated sand control technique, many experiments, such as acids resistance, alkaline resistance, salt resistance and high temperature resistance, are performed, and the performance of fiber-resin coated sand is evaluated for Gudao Oilfield. Moreover, field tests are done, and technique support is offered for fine-silty sand control in unconsolidated sandstone reservoir. Fiber-resin coated sand control technique involves tow kinds of idiosyncratic fibers, which have different functions. After fiber added to resin coated sand, its strength is improved largely, and its period of validity is prolonged.
