提高注水系统效率配套技术研究与应用 被引量:2

RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF MATCHING TECHNIQUE FOR INCREASING WATERFLOOD SYSTEM EFFECTIVENESS

摘要 新疆采油一厂注水系统经过多年注水,出现设备及其配套装置老化严重,注水管网和井下注水管柱腐蚀、结垢严重,注水管网破漏频繁等一系列问题,系统效率极低,注水单耗高,年注水欠注严重。针对这些问题,从提高注水机泵效率、管网效率、注水水质以及注水系统的自动监控等方面着手,形成了一整套配套技术加强注水系统的改造。通过改造,采油一厂注水系统注水泵的平均运行效率从50.6%提高到87.4%,注水管网效率从46%提高到60.35%,整个注水系统效率从21.2%提高到48.37%,注水单耗从10.7kW·h/m3降低到5.27kW·h/m3,年节电1050×104kW·h,年增注10.9×104m3,注水站各系统实现了自动监控,收到了好的节能增注效果。 Water injection system in the first production factory of Xinjiang oil field had worked for many years, water injection equipment and matching device had aged badly, injection pipe network and downhole water injection string had been eroded, scaled severely, injection pipe network had broken leak frequently and so on, all of which leaded to low system efficiency,high water injection consumption, water injection annually shorting severely. According to these problems, through improving flooding pump efficiency, pipe network efficiency, water injection water quality and automatic supervisory control of water injection system, a suit of matching technology for strengthening rebuilding of water injection system was formed. By rebuilding, average operating efficiency of water injection pump in the first production factory had been improved from 50.6% to 87.4%, injection pipe network efficiency had been improved from 46% to 60.35%, the whole water injection system efficiency had been improved from 21.2% to 48.37%, water injection unit consumption had been dropped from 10.7kw.h/m3 to 5.27kw.h/m3, brownout in one year was 1050×104 kw.h, augmented injection in one year was 10.9×104 m3. Each system of water injection station had implemented automatic supervisory control, and gotten good energy conservation and augmented injection effectiveness.
