杆式防蜡降凝器在抽油机井的应用

APPLICATION OF ROD TYPE PARAFFIN CONTROL UNITS IN THE DEEP ROD-PUMPED WELL

针对油田深抽结蜡井在采用杆式抽油泵时和使用的泵上、泵下型固体防蜡降凝器存在的矛盾,设计了适用于深抽井防蜡的杆式防蜡器,该装置直接连接在抽油杆上,既有效发挥了固体防蜡技术的防蜡降凝效果,又充分体现了杆式泵的技术特点,实现了杆式抽油泵和固体防蜡工艺两者优势共存。通过应用情况,阐述了该技术的高效、便捷、简化生产工艺、降低生产成本等一系列技术优势。该产品值得在结蜡油井清防蜡工艺中推广应用。

In order to solve the conflict between the rod pump and the paraffin control units above or blow the pump in the deep well, a rod type paraffin control unit was developed that is suitable for deep rod-pumped well. This device was connected with the sucker rod directly, it can effectively show the ability of paraffin controlling of solid paraffin control technique, as well as keep the technical advantage of the rod pump in the wells. By field application, the results showed that the technique has the advantages of the high performance, facility, simple production process, lower production cost. The rod type paraffin control unit is worth popularizing and applying in paraffin-troubled well.
