为满足快速钻进的需要,钻井工程现场越来越多地使用PDC钻头,提高钻井速度,减少起下钻次数,避免掉牙轮等复杂事故,但在应用中经常有PDC钻头泥包的现象。在分析泥包原因的基础上,从改善钻井液性能、改变钻井参数、精心操作等方面,提出了预防PDC钻头泥包的技术措施,有助于解决PDC钻头泥包的问题。

Based on analyzing the cause of balling up, through improving the performance of drilling fluid, and changing drilling parameters, the paper put forward the technical measures of prevention PDC bit balling. They help to solve the problem of PDC bit balling.
