To Find the Direction of Philosophy of Technology in the Development of Philosophy of Science

技术哲学正处于学科建设和发展的重要时期。从研究对象、研究队伍、学科性质以及研究实践上看,技术哲学学科具有参照科学哲学学科发展的可能性,其进路主要表现在三个方面:技术哲学研究的技术史转向,加强技术哲学史的研究,建设开放性的技术哲学学科。同时,技术哲学还可从科学哲学学科发展中的一些困惑问题得到有益于自身建设的启示,如建设哲学学科与非哲学学科的选择问题,哲学家与科学家的沟通和联盟问题,科学哲学与技术哲学可能合流的问题等。

It is an important time to Philosophy of Technology for its construction and development.Philosophy of Technology has its developmental possibility to consult Philosophy of Science according its study object,research group,subject character and its study practice.The direction of Philosophy of Technology can be showed in the following three aspects:to turn studies in history of technology,to strengthen the research of the history of Philosophy of Technology, and to build the opening subject of Philosophy of Technology.Meanwhile,Philosophy of Technology can be inspired from some obfuscations from the development of the subject of Philosophy of Science,for example,the choice between the construction of the subject of Philosophy and Non-philosophy,the communication and coalition between the philosopher and scientist,concourse of the Philosophy of Science and the Philosophy of Technology and so on.
